I few weeks ago, I was roaming the historical state of Melaka and discovered a Malay kopitiam located at an old bungalow in Kampung Bukit China.

Named Seribu Rasa Kak Ani, this newly opened family-run modern, yet traditional kopitiam boasts a mouthwatering variety of traditional and authentic Malay and Nyonya infused halal dishes!

From nasi himpit and nasi lemak, to unique bites like roti sarang burung and roti sardin, every dish is packed with flavors passed down many generations, and with a homestyle charm. Don’t miss Kak Ani's signature Nyonya laksa – rich, spicy, and deeply satisfying. A place for fans of classic Malay breakfast, Seribu Rasa Kak Ani is also opened for lunch and dinner.
