How Do You Cope With Traffic Jam Stress?

Good day, and welcome to my blog.

I hope you're well, happy, and at peace wherever you are.

Lately, I have been spending a lot of time driving around Kuala Lumpur.

I'm sure those of you who drive regularly have found ways to remain patient. I also believe that the majority of motorists obey traffic laws and show basic common courtesy.

However, there is always a darker side to human behaviour.

Why do some people drive recklessly?

Why do they swerve dangerously in and out of lanes?

Why don't they use their indicators?

Sometimes, I wonder if human beings have always been this way. We all have our weaknesses. When we're stressed, tired, or distracted, our minds can react impulsively.

Take, for example, drivers who enter a yellow box junction even when there is no space ahead, preventing other vehicles from moving. It is frustrating for everyone and, of course, it is a traffic offence punishable by law.

Have you ever found yourself doing this?

I'd genuinely like to hear your thoughts and opinions on this subject.

As for me, I try to remain patient and not allow myself to become angry. Instead, I remind myself that I don't know what the other driver may be going through.

After all, we can never truly know what is happening in another person's mind.

Mental health, stress, family problems, work pressure, or simply having a bad day are things we cannot always see or fully understand.

On a different note, I've just started a new series on my YouTube channel called Drive & Chat With Pat. I just want the viewer to hang out with me and benefit from my life's stories and experiences.

If you have a few minutes, I'd love for you to watch an episode and let me know what you think.

I hope this short read has been helpful.

I wish you and your loved ones continued peace, happiness, and safe journeys wherever the road may take you.
